About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Have a 360° view of payroll-deductible loans (consignado) and card products;
Monitor and analyze metrics related to data security and integrity;
Perform granular diagnostics and in-depth analyses;
Track and interpret fraud DNA data;
Create and maintain analytical reports;
Provide authorization support and ensure secure integrations;
Provide technical and operational support to the teams involved;
Monitor and respond to alerts via Splunk;
Use SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and automation of data and alerts;
Identify opportunities and improvements in the product portfolio;
Create executive dashboards in Databricks and Power BI;
Validate and understand business and software requirements;
Promote the use of best practices and secure techniques, contributing ideas and alternative solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of security monitoring tools such as Splunk;
Experience with data analysis and metrics (Big Data);
Proficiency in SQL for querying, analysis, and data troubleshooting;
Knowledge of Python for automation, scripting, and data processing;
Strong analytical skills and a focus on problem solving;
Good communication skills for technical support and collaboration with partner teams;
Experience with product security environments is desirable;
Experience with Python and Databricks;
Microsoft Office suite.
