About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Operational financial control and third‑party/vendor management;
Support in managing supplier invoice payments, ensuring verification, deadline monitoring, and updating controls;
Maintain third‑party/vendor controls, monitoring expenses, service usage, and contractual information;
Support updating and monitoring the operation's budget;
Organize actual vs. budgeted data, supporting variance analysis and financial controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Controllership, Accounting, or related fields.
Be intellectually curious;
Organized;
Responsible with deadlines and interested in understanding the reasons behind the numbers, not just updating them;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Basic knowledge of Power BI (a plus);
Interest in operational finance, performance metrics, or data analysis (a plus).
