About the role
- Work autonomously and cross-functionally, connecting digital sales strategy with the specific needs of each product.
- Develop and implement growth strategies focused on accelerating sales.
- Bring Growth perspectives (data, experimentation, acquisition) into discussions and incorporate learnings into growth strategies.
- Propose, run, and measure clear, hypothesis-driven experiments aimed at accelerating digital sales outcomes.
- Conduct advanced data analyses to identify optimization opportunities across the conversion funnel.
- Plan and execute A/B tests and growth experiments across multiple channels (organic, paid, CRM).
- Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership, translating data into business actions.
- Monitor growth KPIs with a focus on impact and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Growth and/or Marketing strategies, with a focus on acquisition, activation, and retention of users/customers.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Data-driven mindset, focused on results and continuous improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present insights clearly and concisely.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or related fields.
