About the role
- Structure and analyze data with a focus on customer behavior;
- Generate insights for offer personalization and communication strategy;
- Create clusters/segments for relationship strategy;
- Collaborate with the CRM team by measuring campaigns and proposing new strategies;
- Query and manipulate data using SQL;
- Create and maintain dashboards, management reports, and campaign KPIs to support business decisions;
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL;
- Ability to present results clearly to internal stakeholders in accessible, non-technical language;
- Experience with the 'Consignado' product (payroll-deductible loans) is a plus;
- Degree in engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, or a related field.
