About the role
- Create conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants, focusing on customer experience.
- Write copy for app and web interfaces, ensuring clarity and usability.
- Define and maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to build user-centered solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate, engagement) and propose continuous improvements.
- Document guidelines and best practices for digital and conversational content.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or a similar role.
- Experience creating content for chatbots, virtual assistants, mobile apps, and web.
- Knowledge of UX Writing, conversation design, and inclusive language best practices.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and chatbot platforms.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Nice to have:
- Experience with generative AI and dialogue personalization.
- Knowledge of chatbot metrics and digital journey analytics.
