About the role
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver client projects on time
- Build and manage project timelines, milestones, and implementation plans
- Define installation goals and support successful customer onboarding
- Monitor and assist with customer escalations to ensure timely and thoughtful resolution
- Coordinate customer training sessions, documentation, and training videos
- Track project progress and provide clear status updates and reporting
- Apply best practices to improve efficiency, consistency, and customer experience
- Support long-term initiatives such as touchless onboarding and process improvements
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer support, product support, or client-facing role
- Organized and customer-focused with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data and using metrics to improve performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Calm and adaptable in fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Motivated to learn and grow technical and functional skills
- Experience monitoring or improving KPIs such as response time or CSAT (desired but not required)
- Familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce, JIRA, or Zendesk (desired but not required)
- Exposure to high-volume support or operations environments (desired but not required)
