About the role
- Assist with lead and account research using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and internal systems
- Support pipeline hygiene by updating contact records, opportunity notes, and activity logs in Salesforce
- Help prepare outbound call lists and email outreach for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and call shadowing
- Help analyze basic sales metrics (activity, response times, pipeline coverage)
- Support special projects related to process improvement, automation, or territory planning
Requirements
- Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Comfortable with questions and feedback
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- (Desired) Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
- (Desired) Familiarity with LinkedIn or sales research tools
- (Desired) Interest in AI, automation, or sales technology
- Must have valid authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
