About the role

  • Assist with lead and account research using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and internal systems
  • Support pipeline hygiene by updating contact records, opportunity notes, and activity logs in Salesforce
  • Help prepare outbound call lists and email outreach for Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs)
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and call shadowing
  • Help analyze basic sales metrics (activity, response times, pipeline coverage)
  • Support special projects related to process improvement, automation, or territory planning

Requirements

  • Coachable, curious, and eager to learn
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Comfortable with questions and feedback
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • (Desired) Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
  • (Desired) Familiarity with LinkedIn or sales research tools

  • Must have valid authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
