About the role

  • Partner with Strategic Account Sales Representatives and Solution Architects
  • Participate in technical discovery to document customer environments
  • Design and deliver product demonstrations
  • Support and execute proofs of concept (POCs)
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle
  • Build and maintain productive technical relationships
  • Assist with responses to technical questions
  • Support customer escalations
  • Capture and share customer feedback
  • Maintain lab environments and reference configurations
  • Travel to customer sites as required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer selling and supporting technical solutions
  • Experience working with customers in sales or pre-sales teams
  • Ability to manage tasks independently
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism, work ethic, and customer focus
  • Experience creating and reviewing network diagrams and technical documentation
  • Willingness to travel
