About the role
- Partner with Strategic Account Sales Representatives and Solution Architects
- Participate in technical discovery to document customer environments
- Design and deliver product demonstrations
- Support and execute proofs of concept (POCs)
- Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle
- Build and maintain productive technical relationships
- Assist with responses to technical questions
- Support customer escalations
- Capture and share customer feedback
- Maintain lab environments and reference configurations
- Travel to customer sites as required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Engineer selling and supporting technical solutions
- Experience working with customers in sales or pre-sales teams
- Ability to manage tasks independently
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of professionalism, work ethic, and customer focus
- Experience creating and reviewing network diagrams and technical documentation
- Willingness to travel
