About the role
- You develop, plan and implement social media strategies for our clients on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- You create content plans and are responsible for operational execution — from the idea to the final posting and reporting.
- You coordinate shoots, Reels and content productions together with our partners, creators and clients.
- You analyze the performance of posts and campaigns and derive optimization opportunities.
- You manage social media campaigns (organic & paid) and develop creative communication concepts.
- You work closely with our clients (often the business owners themselves) to ensure consistent brand communication.
Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally on the agency side.
- You are highly familiar with common social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Swat, Creator Studio etc.).
- You have a good sense for trends, storytelling and aesthetics — whether it’s food content, construction-site Reels or trades/handyman content.
- You work in a structured way, are communicative and eager to take on responsibility and engage with a wide variety of topics.
- You have good to very good skills in Canva and the Adobe programs.
