Social Media Manager

• Du entwickelst, planst und setzt Social-Media-Strategien für unsere Kund:innen auf Plattformen wie Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn und TikTok um.
• Du erstellst Content-Pläne und verantwortest die operative Umsetzung - von der Idee bis zum finalen Posting und dem Reporting.
• Du koordinierst Shootings, Reels und Contentproduktionen gemeinsam mit unseren Partnern, Creatorn und Kund:innen.
• Du analysierst die Performance der Posts und Kampagnen und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab.
• Du steuerst Social-Media-Kampagnen (organisch & paid) und entwickelst kreative Kommunikationskonzepte.
• Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kund:innen (oft die Inhaber selbst) zusammen, um eine konsistente Markenkommunikation sicherzustellen.

• You develop, plan and implement social media strategies for our clients on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• You create content plans and are responsible for operational execution — from the idea to the final posting and reporting.
• You coordinate shoots, Reels and content productions together with our partners, creators and clients.
• You analyze the performance of posts and campaigns and derive optimization opportunities.
• You manage social media campaigns (organic & paid) and develop creative communication concepts.
• You work closely with our clients (often the business owners themselves) to ensure consistent brand communication.
