About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Installs, performs technical maintenance, and debugs hardware and software of products and components, primarily at customer sites.
Carries out scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs on products within an assigned area.
Verifies that products are functioning properly and resolves identified issues and/or forwards them according to established procedures.
Schedules service calls, completes all required paperwork, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service provided and understanding of product operation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical qualification in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or related fields.
Experience in field service maintenance and repair, preferably with ATMs or banking automation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Active CFT registration.
Driver's license (CNH).
Availability to work in the field, typically traveling up to 200 km.
Own vehicle.
Resident of Fortaleza (CE).
