About the role
- Responsible for installing, debugging, and providing technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software.
- Conduct scheduled inspection, cleaning, and other services and perform minor product repairs.
- Inspect products for correct operation and resolve noted issues or escalate as per procedure.
- Schedule services, complete all required paperwork, and work with customers for satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Service.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
