About the role
- Install, debug, and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
- Perform scheduled inspections, cleaning, and minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
- Inspect products for correct operation, resolve issues, and escalate according to procedure.
- Schedule services, complete required paperwork, and ensure customer satisfaction and understanding of product functionality.
- Utilize diagnostic tools to troubleshoot hardware and software failures.
- Perform hardware repairs at component level and clean/adjust mechanical components.
- Configure and install applicable software and perform preventive maintenance checks according to procedures.
- Refill consumables and perform IMAC/R tasks (install, move, add, change, remove hardware/software).
- Instruct and train customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
- Participate in regular hardware/software trainings, KPI implementation, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Education or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
