About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of technical equipment on major retailer POS & IT equipment
- Learn to diagnose and resolve issues under the guidance of experienced engineers
- Provide friendly, professional on-site support to customers
- Develop practical IT and hardware knowledge through structured training and real-world experience
- Configures and installs applicable software
- Performs routine checks according to documented procedures
- Assists with special projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- A strong interest in technology, IT, or gaming
- Ideally a recent college or university leaver
- Willingness to learn and get hands-on with technical equipment
- Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Reliability and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Have a full clean UK driving licence
