About the role
- Prioritizes and plans service calls in accordance with customer service level agreements and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contacts customers to communicate estimated time of arrival.
- Promotes high quality of service and follows through to ensure call completion.
- Escalates service requests as required for resolution.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring communication and a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Performs basic installation functions ( For Example, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks).
- Performs technical fixes such as clearing paper, card and bill jams.
- Supports service technicians by performing preventive maintenance inspections.
- Develops understanding of operating standards, practices and procedures.
Requirements
- Education or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Firstline Field Service.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
