About the role

  • Prioritizes and plans service calls in accordance with customer service level agreements and to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contacts customers to communicate estimated time of arrival.
  • Promotes high quality of service and follows through to ensure call completion.
  • Escalates service requests as required for resolution.
  • Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring communication and a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Performs basic installation functions ( For Example, pulling cables, mounting devices, installing locks).
  • Performs technical fixes such as clearing paper, card and bill jams.
  • Supports service technicians by performing preventive maintenance inspections.
  • Develops understanding of operating standards, practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Firstline Field Service.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
