Install, debug and provide technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises.
Provide scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and perform minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
Inspect products for correct operation and resolve noted issues and/or escalate according to established procedure.
Schedule services, complete all required paperwork and work with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.
Utilize diagnostic tools to perform troubleshooting and detailed analysis of hardware and software failures (Incident Handling).
Perform hardware repairs on a component level; clean and adjust mechanical components.
Configure and install applicable software; perform routine preventive maintenance according to documented procedures.
Refill consumables as directed; perform IMAC/R tasks to install, move, add, change and remove hardware and software products.
Instruct and train customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software.
Participate in regular hardware and software trainings and assist with measures to achieve agreed KPIs and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Education or equivalent work experience required.
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Field Services.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Driver's license and driving record that satisfies DN's fleet requirements.
