About the role
- You take ownership of your sales territory like your own microcosm and proactively develop it with full energy.
- You identify new customers, inspire them with our services, and win them over for ZA.
- Together with our internal customer service team, you maintain existing accounts, strengthen relationships, and uncover new opportunities.
- You sell not only our core product—factoring—but also our smart ancillary services.
- You support events and trade shows, implement sales campaigns, and plan your own events.
- You keep our CRM system up to date — quality is your middle name.
Requirements
- Sales is your passion — with heart, a sense of humour, and a hunger for success.
- You love to inspire people — with personality, expertise, and a clear goal.
- Connector, deal-closer, doer — that’s all part of who you are.
- You have sales experience — ideally in the medical sector, but it’s not a must.
- You work in a structured way, are self-organized, and are proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Valid Class B driving licence.
- Your German language skills are excellent.
