About the role

- You assist in executing campaigns, creating content, and performing analyses — gaining a comprehensive overview of online marketing.
- You help create posts, ads, and copy using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI.
- You record key metrics, build basic reports, and learn to interpret data correctly.
- You research trends, competitors, and target audiences and share your insights with the team.
- You become familiar with common tools — from Ads Manager and SEO tools to automation platforms.
- Over time you’ll take ownership of specific areas and grow into a specialization that suits you.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Genuine interest in online marketing: You want to understand how growth in e‑commerce works.
- Willingness to learn and initiative: You don’t wait for instructions — you get things done.
- A good feel for language and enjoyment of writing.
- Basic understanding of digital tools and the ability to learn new ones quickly.
- Attention to detail and organization: You work reliably and keep an overview.
- Fluent German — English is a plus.
- Prior work experience? Not required.
