About the role

  • Willingness to learn and initiative: You don’t wait for instructions — you get things done.
  • A good feel for language and enjoyment of writing.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools and the ability to learn new ones quickly.
  • Attention to detail and organization: You work reliably and keep an overview.
  • Fluent German — English is a plus.
  • Prior work experience? Not required.
