About the role
- You are responsible for the entire Meta Ads strategy for our clients — from audience analysis and campaign setup to data-driven optimization.
- You develop full-funnel strategies for Facebook and Instagram ads.
- You define audiences based on data and insights.
- You manage budgets and scale what works.
- You analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR and CPA.
- You systematically test creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns — ideally in e-commerce.
- Deep knowledge of Ads Manager: campaign structure, budgeting and bidding strategies are second nature to you.
- Data-driven mindset: you optimize based on metrics, not gut feeling.
- Creative eye: you can identify effective ads and understand why they work.
- Strong communication skills: you can present results and strategies clearly.
- Fluent in German — English is a plus.
