About the role

  • You are responsible for the entire Meta Ads strategy for our clients — from audience analysis and campaign setup to data-driven optimization.
  • You develop full-funnel strategies for Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • You define audiences based on data and insights.
  • You manage budgets and scale what works.
  • You analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR and CPA.
  • You systematically test creatives, audiences, placements and bidding strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns — ideally in e-commerce.
  • Deep knowledge of Ads Manager: campaign structure, budgeting and bidding strategies are second nature to you.
  • Data-driven mindset: you optimize based on metrics, not gut feeling.
  • Creative eye: you can identify effective ads and understand why they work.
  • Strong communication skills: you can present results and strategies clearly.
  • Fluent in German — English is a plus.
