About the role

  • Strategic market development & go-to-market for the independent distribution channel, including target-group focus, territory, and prioritization
  • Establishment and expansion of key accounts (pools, broker houses, distribution partners, multipliers) and relevant networks
  • Partner enablement concept: content, value propositions/argumentation, sales kits, training roadmap, KPI dashboard
  • Roadshow and event concept development with clear objectives (leads, conversion, pipeline maturity)
  • Operational acquisition, advising, and support of partners — both digital and on-site
  • Delivery of trainings, webinars, workshops, trade shows and partner events (presentation & moderation)
  • Pipeline management and forecasting (e.g., in CRM) with regular deal reviews

Requirements

  • Several years of B2B sales experience in investments/funds/capital investments — ideally in real assets
  • A reliable, activatable network in independent distribution — demonstrably successful
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, clear results orientation and strong execution capability
  • Digitally proficient (social media, modern sales tools/CRM; openness to AI tools)
  • Conviction that sustainability is an integral part of investment logic in client portfolios
  • Experience with key account management (pools/alliances) and scaling projects (nice-to-haves)
