About the role

  • You support our People Development & Training team in daily operations – from organizing and booking trainings to preparing presentations and materials, as well as maintaining our internal SharePoint pages.
  • You collaborate closely with a diverse team – not only within HR but also across functions such as IT, Finance & Procurement – ensuring smooth alignment of connected processes.
  • You organize and follow up on internal workshops and team meetings, taking care of coordination and documentation.
  • You contribute to organizational development projects and support initiatives that drive cultural and structural change.
  • You assist in various HR projects, such as our employee review process, mental health initiatives, and preparation of our People Conference.
  • You apply your academic knowledge to improve HR support and development processes, making workflows more efficient and impactful.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a degree program related to business, social sciences, or HR – for example, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
  • Ideally, you have some initial practical experience in HR through internships or student roles.
  • You’re available for at least two semesters and highly motivated to contribute actively.
  • You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, with a proactive and open mindset.
  • You are confident using standard software such as Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, JIRA, and Excel, and ideally familiar with HR tools like Workday or similar.
  • You communicate business fluent in German and English.
