About the role

You support us in designing and implementing communication and training initiatives – from content creation to quality assurance.
You contribute to the translation and further development of guidelines and policies, ensuring linguistic precision and consistency.
You conduct research, prepare presentations and reports, and assist in analyzing various reporting formats – such as training participation – and tailor them to specific audiences.
You get involved in projects – whether it's organizing, coordinating, or contributing content.
You assist the team with administrative tasks and have the opportunity to bring in your own ideas – especially when it comes to simplifying or automating processes.
You’ll be fully integrated into the team and work closely with your colleagues in a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

You are at least in your third semester of studies – ideally in law, business, social sciences, or a comparable field.
You are enrolled at a university and available to work as a working student for at least two more semesters.
You have already had some exposure to compliance topics or are highly interested in the field.
You are loyal, honest, and reliable – and you take initiative with confidence.
You enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
You have a good sense for digital tools and processes – this is a plus.
You are highly proficient in MS Office 365 and use the tools confidently in your daily work.
You are available to support us for at least 15 hours per week.
You have excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken – business proficiency in German is mandatory.
