About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Scheduling and Payroll Management (30%)
Management of district(s) payroll to company expectations by reviewing dashboards and directing and coordinating activities consistent with the established goals, objectives, plans, and policies of the organization.
Strengthen scheduling accuracy and effectiveness, especially peak times and weekends.
Core Operational Processes Implementation and Support (30%)
Effectively communicate and train to the importance of operational excellence.
Lead the overall daily operations strategy.
Inventory Integrity and Movement (20%)
Elevate inventory integrity to drive greater sales and profitability.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required with commensurate experience.
3 - 5 Years of experience including at least 3 years of retail operations experience or related retail experience.
At least 1 years of experience in a multi-unit environment is preferred.
Certified Forensic Interviewer (CFI) - preferred
Loss Prevention Certified - preferred
Possesses a valid driver's license.
