Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all loss prevention, safety, and profit protection responsibilities across the store field organization
Provide strategic direction to reduce shrink and total loss
Recruit, develop, and coach Regional Loss Prevention Managers
Partner with field and corporate leaders to build capability through training and investigations
Conduct people reviews at regular intervals to understand performance levels of field teams
Participate in the strategic planning and development of shrink reduction and profit maximization strategies
Monitor industry trends and look for new solutions and technology to drive efficiency
Ensure implementation of Shrink Action Plans across regional levels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree
10-15 years experience in Loss Prevention; Retail Operations; Safety; Project Management
LPC Preferred
CFI Preferred
Knowledge of surveillance and intrusion detection systems
Knowledge of POS exception reporting systems
Working knowledge of case management systems
Must have the ability and willingness to travel extensively (at least 80%)
