About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acts as the OMNI portfolio-level problem solver, focused on applying AI across engineering teams
Own development of the most complex existing and new software
Lead a collaborative solution design process
Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on complex or innovative technical developments
Own the end-to-end roadmap of portfolio-level capabilities
Contribute to the management of a portfolio of programs
Elicit complex functional requirements and express them in terms of target user roles and goals
Drive the design and implementation of robust architecture solutions
Lead the detection and analysis of cybersecurity incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level Preferred
6 to 10 years of general experience
7 to 12 months managerial experience
Technical experience: AI experience in the following ways: Spec-first development, Multi-agent orchestration, Knowledge-centric architecture, LLMOps discipline, Build Layer, Execution Layer, Platform Layer technologies
JavaScript/Typescript, React.js
Experience with API engineering, event messaging
Experience with multiple cache and DB technology (Postgres, Redis, Azure SQL, Cosmos)
Unit Testing and Test Coverage technologies
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other Container technologies
Interest in researching alternative web technologies
Agile development methodologies experience
