- lead design and implementation of advanced algorithms

- collaborating with data & search engineers

- developing and implementing tools & processes for monitoring performance

- staying updated with advancements in AI, ML, & search technologies
- mentoring junior scientists and engineers
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the field
- 2-3 years being the main technical lead
- experience in varied search systems like Elastic, SOLR
- experience being the technical lead of multiple projects
- experience in API engineering
- extensive experience using machine learning and deep learning frameworks
- expert understanding of Python
- big data technologies including but not limited to Spark, Kafka
- experience in Agile working environment
- previous experience mentoring and developing junior members
- comfortable presenting results and influencing leadership
