💰 $114,300 - $190,500 per year
About the role
- Manage a team comprised of portfolio managers, program managers, and/or scrum masters.
- Building and leading a world-class team, goal setting, assigning team members to programs and initiatives, and managing the ongoing allocation and performance of the team.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, and resources to meet staffing needs beyond core team.
- Collaborate with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to facilitate the planning and execution of defined outcomes and priorities.
Requirements
- Wide and deep experience providing expert competence (Over 10 years to 15 years)
- Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives within medium to long time frames (Over 10 years to 15 years)
- Big Box retail experience (7-10 years)
- Master's Degree or Equivalent Level
