About the role
- Actively partner with Real Estate to ensure optimal market strategy for new and existing stores
- Analyze new store projects by preparing trade areas, developing sales forecasts and running financial analysis
- Actively develop a point of view regarding each store presented and advocate for this point of view
- Analyze specific stores up for lease renewal
- Monitor demographic/market trends and improve sales forecasting and financial modeling techniques
- Support other areas of the company through completion of cross-functional projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Management, Strategy or related field
- 5 - 7 Years experience in Retail, real estate market analysis, finance, consulting business analytics, statistics, or merchandising
- Advanced Excel experience preferred
- Geographic Information Systems (GIS) experience preferred
- Ability to problem solve with incomplete data
- Executive presence
