About the role
- Independently establishes, leads and manages scrum teams and scrum-of-scrums on complex agile programs
- Interfaces with product managers, engineering managers and other stakeholders to maximize development team effectiveness
- Lead scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles and facilitate problem-solving, collaboration and conflict resolution
- Plan and replan software releases for complex initiatives or programs
- Facilitate refinement of the backlog with the product manager and optimize the deployment of resources
- Define the execution plan to disseminate innovative capabilities across the businesses
- Lead execution of digital road map, establishing and managing business processes, programs, and initiatives
- Manage identification of risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with one or more programs or initiatives
- Develop own and more junior team member capabilities through formal and informal training and coaching
- Produce workstream or program plans to deliver program objectives
Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent level preferred
- Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 3 years to 6 years)
- Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes (13 months to 3 years)
