About the role
- Lead design within the Loyalty Tech product team
- Partner across technology portfolios and business stakeholders to shape loyalty experience
- Actively coach and mentor other product designers and cross-functional peers
- Conduct research discovery to define problems
- Apply mixed methods research practices
- Identify the right problems using problem discovery frameworks
- Prioritize problems to be solved
- Test and learn through lean experimentation
- Monitor metrics to understand usage trends
Requirements
- Advanced understanding of Product Design
- A lean product mindset rooted in experimentation
- Success in defining a cohesive research strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective facilitation, relationship building and collaboration skills to drive alignment across organizational peers and stakeholder groups
- Ability to balance business objectives & customer needs
- Demonstrated success defining & launching complex products
- Strong deductive reasoning skills
- Curious attitude and desire to learn
- Customer-centric view into developing great product experiences and the ability to advocate on a customer's behalf
- Experience with generative research methods
- Advanced level use of problem-solving frameworks
- Understanding of software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of lean product management
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to know when to pivot or persevere based on data and learnings
- Portfolio of work, demonstrating a human-centered design process
