About the role
- Own the strategy and execution of the Store Teammate App products.
- Define the multi-year product strategy and vision for the Store Teammate App experience.
- Collaborate on Teammate 360 capabilities.
- Modernize identity, sign on, and data capabilities.
- Optimize teammate experience to drive adoption and productivity.
- Identify opportunities using quantitative and qualitative data.
- Deliver products and features through cross-team collaboration.
- Form and track KPIs/metrics to measure product impact.
- Enlist and enable stakeholders through evidence-based influencing skills.
- Build and maintain outcome-based roadmaps in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, including significant time owning and delivering end-to-end product initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to discover opportunities, prioritize work, and measure impact.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, operations, marketing) without direct authority.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to clearly articulate product strategy, decisions, and trade-offs.
- Experience building roadmaps, writing user stories, and leading agile/scrum or other iterative planning processes.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers (preferred).
- Experience working in Operations, eCommerce, SaaS, Retail, would be beneficial (preferred).
