About the role
- Act as a subject matter expert in HR processes and system-related updates
- Facilitate HR processes and system processes as needed
- Support HR data governance and analytics by reviewing dashboards and reports
- Partner with HRM for job description development and editing
- Provide employee relations support as first line communications
- Assist in performance management actions and employee coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field or work equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills – especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information
- Communicate clearly, both in written and verbal formats
- Demonstrate problem solving skills, including using data to drive resolutions
- Demonstrate the ability to balance business results and empathy, through active listening, reasoning and analytical skills
- Experience with a Human Capital Management System is a plus
