About the role
- Work with merchant and supply chain partners
- Own the data, insights and measurement strategy for Inventory
- Partner with data leaders and business stakeholders
- Manage a complex matrixed team for impactful insights
- Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders
- Analyze test results and guide investment decisions
- Develop executive-facing deliverables for business partners
- Collaborate with Technology and Data Science teams to develop models
Requirements
- Master's degree preferred
- 10-15 years of experience
- 5-7 years in Merchant Analytics
- advanced in SQL
- advanced in R and/or Python
- experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
- experience in Databricks, GCP or Azure
- advanced knowledge of test design and analysis
- experience with A/B testing software preferred
- mastery of written and verbal communication
