About the role

  • Analyze legal cases, identifying key points, relevant legal issues, and potential defenses.
  • Draft high-impact litigation documents: pleadings, defenses, appeals, and other essential filings.
  • Represent clients at settlement conferences, evidentiary hearings, and oral arguments, maintaining a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Conduct judicial and extrajudicial negotiations, always seeking effective and consensual solutions.
  • Manage case monitoring, ensuring deadlines, notices, and procedural actions are met with excellence.
  • Maintain close and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed at every stage of the process.
  • Populate and update internal and external systems, ensuring organization and accuracy in case movements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to develop innovative and consistent legal strategies.

Requirements

  • Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
  • Proven experience in civil litigation, with practical involvement in cases and court hearings.
  • Familiarity with electronic court systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, among others).
  • Excellent legal writing, organizational skills, and deadline management.
  • Proactive, committed, and communicative profile, with a results-oriented mindset and strong team spirit.
