About the role
- Collaborate with product and engineering to design our patient app and provider digital products
- In partnership with product, conduct user research to understand user needs and problems
- Use identified needs to facilitate ideation and solution validation
- Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes to communicate these ideas
- Design high fidelity UIs for our patient and provider applications
- Work with engineering to support optimal implementation and QA designs prior to launch
- Continue to monitor digital experiences to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of full time product design experience working with product managers and engineers
- Experience designing for mobile first experiences and/or native apps
- Highly organized and able to bring that organizational mindset to complex problems
- Interest in and/or experience working in healthcare
- Enjoys working collaboratively and is a team player
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast paced environment
