Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the complete sales process from start to finish.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Partner Managers, Sales Leadership, Sales Engineers, Account Management, Legal, and Finance.
  • Help businesses solve complex communications problems.
  • Combine acquiring new customers and uncovering market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Channel Partners, Sales Engineers, Sales Leadership, and peers to improve sales process efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Transferable experience in the telecommunications, contact center, or unified communications industries.
  • Experience in managing and closing strategic deal cycles that include multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales (including UCaaS and/or CCaaS).
