About the role

  • Provide administrative support to Mental Health and EAP team leads
  • Coordinate, track, and communicate staffing and recruitment matters with Dialogue’s Human Resources and Planning teams
  • Maintain all employee profiles and documents and communicate changes to Dialogue’s HR and Planning teams as needed
  • Support team leads in coordinating team engagement and recognition activities and communications
  • Support team leads in coordinating team-wide communications, such as change management updates

Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in psychology or a field related to mental health
  • Available to work full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and problem-solve
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Highly collaborative; able to work with a wide range of internal partners
  • Able to define and manage multiple priorities
  • Interest in data analysis and administrative improvement initiatives
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of AI tools and project management software (an asset)
