About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Greet new patients in the program and accompany them throughout their journey
  • Check in and follow up on active cases
  • Assist physicians and psychologists with related tasks
  • Analyze cases and provide the best possible solutions to members
  • Ensure patient safety in the member-facing role
  • Support patients throughout the Mental Health+ program and Employee Assistance Program
  • Work closely with the Manager, Member Services and a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Passion for mental health, quality of care, and improving team processes and understanding
  • Available to work a minimum of 21 hours on evenings and weekends
  • Availability for schedules covering day and evening shifts from 6 AM to midnight, weekdays and weekends
  • Strong empathy, time-management, critical-thinking, attention-to-detail, and customer-service skills
  • Pursuing or attained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or another mental health-related field
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, or an administrative role
  • Commitment to patient safety in a member-facing role
