About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Greet new patients in the program and accompany them throughout their journey
- Check in and follow up on active cases
- Assist physicians and psychologists with related tasks
- Analyze cases and provide the best possible solutions to members
- Ensure patient safety in the member-facing role
- Support patients throughout the Mental Health+ program and Employee Assistance Program
- Work closely with the Manager, Member Services and a multidisciplinary team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Passion for mental health, quality of care, and improving team processes and understanding
- Available to work a minimum of 21 hours on evenings and weekends
- Availability for schedules covering day and evening shifts from 6 AM to midnight, weekdays and weekends
- Strong empathy, time-management, critical-thinking, attention-to-detail, and customer-service skills
- Pursuing or attained a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or another mental health-related field
- Strong computer skills
- Experience in customer service, healthcare, or an administrative role
- Commitment to patient safety in a member-facing role
