About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct 50-minute virtual sessions for members experiencing mental health symptoms.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure progress in their care journey with Dialogue.
  • Provide evidence-based care in a collaborative environment, prioritizing emotional stabilization, safety, and development of psychological resilience.
  • Equip members with practical, CBT-based strategies and tools to effectively navigate acute stressors and improve daily functioning.
  • Work closely with our internal case managers and clinical teams to ensure a holistic, seamless support system for each client.
  • Maintain vigilant attention to member safety in all clinical interactions, ensuring ethical standards and crisis protocols are strictly followed.
  • Actively contribute to the evolution of our standards of care, ensuring each intervention meets the highest standards of clinical excellence.
  • You will be responsible for patient safety in your role with members.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in a mental health–related field (e.g., counseling psychology, social work, or a related discipline).
  • Valid, active license to practice psychotherapy in Quebec, Ontario (e.g., OPQ, OTSTCFQ, CRPO), or another province.
  • Appropriate, up-to-date professional liability insurance.
  • 3–6 years of experience as a registered psychotherapist.
  • Comfort with short-term, goal-oriented therapy and a strong commitment to a patient-centered approach.
  • Prior experience delivering high-quality care via telemedicine platforms.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 8 hours (up to 32 hours) per week, including a flexible rotation of days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Proficiency with modern computer tools and a desire to work in an innovative, fast-paced digital health environment.
  • Autonomy, clinical excellence, and motivation to help shape the future of accessible mental health care.
