About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct opportunity searches and support tracking in CRM platform
Work with small and large teams, including internal partners and external sub-consultants, to lead pursuit strategy and develop successful proposals, while maintaining a high standard and driving accountability
Write engaging non-technical portions of the proposal and ensure writing communicates the DIALOG Why. Engage with project team members to ensure content is cohesive and highlights our unique value propositions
Review and edit content to ensure responsiveness, accuracy, and emphasis on compelling visual layout and written narrative
Create, and update marketing content, project descriptions, resumes, photography
Support the development of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, award submissions)

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree or equivalent diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Five (5) years of related experience in the AEC industry
Experience in proposal writing, or other written editorial disciplines
Advanced communications skills with a demonstrated ability in partnership-building
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign
