Marketing and Content Manager
Dialog - Comunicação InternaMarketing and Content Manager responsible for driving a 360° marketing strategy at Dialog. Leading a multidisciplinary team to enhance brand presence, sales demand, and customer experience.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute a 360° marketing and content strategy aligned with Dialog’s identity and sales and retention objectives.
- Lead demand-generation initiatives: SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, email marketing, webinars, events and ABM.
- Directly manage the partnerships area and all related activities.
- Manage brand presence: social media, blog, media and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain an editorial calendar covering top-, mid- and bottom-funnel content (e.g., articles, whitepapers, case studies, videos).
- Optimize the website and digital channels to convert traffic into MQLs, with continuous monitoring of KPIs such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
- Oversee the creation of sales materials: pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks and enablement content.
- Monitor marketing and content performance (KPIs, pipeline, organic metrics and engagement) and present executive reports with actionable insights.
- Manage the marketing budget, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and maximizing ROI.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team (production, content, digital, events), as well as external vendors and freelancers.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment across positioning, customer journey and messaging.
- Represent Dialog publicly at events, webinars and partner/influencer groups.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing or related fields.
- Practical experience with outbound marketing strategies.
- Strong ability to manage budgets, analyze metrics (CPA, LTV, conversion) and provide executive reporting.
- Experience with Agile Project Management.
- Knowledge of marketing automation.
- Proficiency in tools such as RD Station and HubSpot.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Experience in vendor management and crisis management.
- Advanced use of Artificial Intelligence applied to daily operations.
