About the role

  • Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end execution of Professional Development (PD) activities, with a focus on management and leadership. Conduct learning needs analysis and ensure alignment of activities with our broader strategy.
  • Design and deliver high-impact learning programs and capability building journeys (including building skills such as sales, people management, leadership etc.)
  • Manage a small team of PD specialists.
  • Analysing, reporting, and measuring outcomes based on data gathered from learning initiatives, and proposing action plans that increase their ROI and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the broader People team to develop engaging initiatives aiming to achieve professional development of targeted audiences.
  • Supporting the global PD strategy by ensuring the alignment of each regional office with PD practices.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, launching, and managing global management & leadership development programs, with measurable business impact (e.g., financials, retention).
  • Good understanding of L&D program development & delivery best practices.
  • Experience in conducting learning needs analyses.
  • Excellent training delivery & facilitation experience, including Train-the-Trainer.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in People/HR, business Operations, and other support functions (stakeholder management).
  • Strong strategic thinking and business consulting skills with a proven ability to define clear outcomes and measure impact via business KPIs.
