About the role

Requirements
- Professional pedagogical qualification (e.g. qualified educator, special needs educator/curative education nurse, or degree in Social Work/Social Pedagogy)
- Experience in residential care, especially working with traumatized children and adolescents
- Willingness to work in shifts, including responsibility for 24-hour shifts
- Clear communication skills and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with documentation and reporting procedures
