Requirements
- Degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy / Special Needs Education (Heilpädagogik) with state recognition, or completed vocational training as an Educator (Erzieher) with state recognition, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Enjoyment of sport and outdoor/adventure education projects in nature
- Team player who remains resilient and composed in challenging situations
- Driving license Class B (for use of the company vehicle during working hours)
- Commitment to the Christian values upheld by our diaconal organization
