Requirements

  • Degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy / Special Needs Education (Heilpädagogik) with state recognition, or completed vocational training as an Educator (Erzieher) with state recognition, or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with children and adolescents
  • Enjoyment of sport and outdoor/adventure education projects in nature
  • Team player who remains resilient and composed in challenging situations
  • Driving license Class B (for use of the company vehicle during working hours)
  • Commitment to the Christian values upheld by our diaconal organization
