About the role

  • Advising female residents on health-related topics
  • Identifying care needs, initiating care level assessments, and coordinating external outpatient nursing services
  • Organizing and accompanying hospital stays

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a qualified nurse and/or training in gerontopsychiatry, ideally with professional experience
  • Empathy and professional competence in dealing with the life situations of our female residents
  • Ability to work independently
  • Good German language skills (B2)
  • Basic PC skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Reliability and conscientiousness
  • Enjoyment in working with formerly homeless women
  • Willingness to support the organization's diaconal mission
