About the role
- Learn managerial responsibilities in our vintage fashion store
- Learn and support professional guidance in sales and visual merchandising

- Support the vocational/pedagogical development of employees

Requirements
- Vocational training in retail, advanced retail management qualification (Handelsfachwirt) or several years of professional experience as a deputy store manager or department manager
- Independent, solution-oriented working approach
- Enthusiasm for selling vintage fashion
- Knowledge in fashion and textiles
- Trainer qualification according to AEVO (AdA certificate) is an advantage
- Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking
- Interest in and strong willingness to develop leadership skills within a non-profit organization
- Opportunities for advancement to Store Manager (m/f/d)
