About the role
- Ensure respectful care of our residents
- Participate in assessments and information gathering (medical and care histories)
- Create individually tailored care plans that take gerontopsychiatric aspects into account
- Provide gerontopsychiatric support to our senior residents
Requirements
- You hold a nursing qualification (geriatric, general health, or acute care nursing)
- You have further training as a gerontopsychiatric specialist
- You are highly empathetic and sensitive in your interactions with older adults
- You are responsible and able to assert yourself when needed
- You identify with the values of the diaconal mission
