About the role

  • Support children and young people who require intensive care due to disturbances in their social and family environment

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Social Work / Social Pedagogy with state recognition, or completed training as an Educator (Erzieher) or Curative Education Nurse (Heilerziehungspfleger) with state recognition, or an equivalent qualification
  • As a passionate educator, you enjoy challenges and have experience working with children and young people
  • Whether hiking, climbing or baking bread over a campfire, you enjoy being active and take pleasure in sport and outdoor experiential education projects
  • You are a team player who remains resilient even in challenging situations
  • You appreciate the flexibility and benefits of shift work (flexible shift planning)
  • You hold a Class B driving licence (for use of the company vehicle during working hours)
  • You share the Christian values that we, as a diaconal organization, uphold
