About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the editorial calendar and publishing schedule for the company’s digital channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, the website and other institutional platforms
  • Plan content topics aligned with communication, marketing and brand positioning objectives
  • Collaborate with the Head of Communications to build content strategies aimed at strengthening the brand’s reputation
  • Plan specific strategies for LinkedIn
  • Produce content for social media, the website, newsletters, institutional campaigns and communication materials
  • Translate technical information into accessible, strategic narratives for different audiences
  • Write texts, captions, video scripts, interviews, case studies and institutional content
  • Capture and perform basic photo and video editing
  • Publish and update content on the institutional website using WordPress
  • Apply SEO best practices and monitor website performance metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree is a plus
  • Previous experience managing corporate social media, institutional communications or working at communications agencies
  • Experience producing content for different digital platforms
  • Experience with editorial planning and tracking performance metrics
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and content management/scheduling tools
  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of image and video editing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, CapCut or similar
  • Familiarity with managing paid campaigns on digital platforms
