Mid-level Administrative Analyst
DiagonalAdministrative Analyst at Diagonal supporting the execution of administrative processes for social impact projects. Responsible for various tasks including documentation and financial follow-ups.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for supporting the execution of administrative processes across areas and projects, including routine activities, document review and control, procurement requests for materials and equipment, file organization, internal and external client service, report generation, among other tasks, to meet contractual requirements.
- Monitor and manage employees’ timesheets.
- Record and verify entries for payroll processing.
- Manage time bank (compensatory hours), vacations, leaves of absence, and other personnel occurrences.
- Organize, file, and control administrative contract documents.
- Procure materials, equipment, and services necessary for operations.
- Request quotes, follow up on orders, and control supplier deliveries.
- Monitor inventory and material consumption related to the contract.
- Prepare spreadsheets, administrative controls, and reports.
- Support the financial monitoring of the contract.
- Prepare and follow up on requests for financial contributions with consortium partner companies.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Serve as an administrative liaison between the Consortium and Diagonal’s corporate departments (HR, GFC, Procurement, Administrative, and Legal).
- Support the contract coordination with administrative and operational requests.
- Control deadlines, documents, and records required for contract execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration or related fields
- Experience in administrative activities
- Experience working in social projects
